Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at minibelievers.uk@gmail.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
